History

Wharton Health Experience is a satellite of Wharton Performance, created by Jim and Phil Wharton in 1989. The Whartons have been providing simple solutions for years; WHE is continuing that tradition, helping people reach their fullest potential, whether this means overcoming their injuries, winning Olympic medals, or anything in between.
In addition to the previously mentioned accolades, Some of the Whartons’ latest successes include being named to the “Dr. Oz 100”; this is a group of top doctors and other health specialists from around the world that Dr. Oz considers to be experts in their field. Dr. Mehmet Oz, a heart surgeon and regular guest on the Oprah Show, launched his own show, for which the Whartons have provided content. Another exciting success is the victory of U.S. Olympian Meb Keflezighi in the 2009 New York City Marathon; the Whartons helped Meb overcome several years of injuries and setbacks, paving the way for him to become the fist American to win the New York City Marathon since 1982.
