About Phil Wharton
Phil Wharton's path to becoming a therapist started when he was a young runner. He developed a 33-degree curvature of the spine/scoliosis, which produced constant pain. Through this work, he was able to correct the problem, end the pain, and continue his running career; he went on to run a 2:23 marathon.
Phil has worked with people of all backgrounds from Olympic medalists and professional athletes to those suffering from difficult conditions and chronic pain.
Now entering his 6th Olympic period, Phil has worked with hundreds of notable athletes including - Khalid Khannouci, former American record holder in the marathon; American marathon Olympian Magdalena Lewy Boulet; Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer Anthony Nesty, and many more.
