This service is great because it has all the same content as the DVDs, as well as some newer information, including demonstrations of individual exercises and some bonus features like meditation and self massage. There are new videos being uploaded as well.

Whartons on Demand is a video streaming service that allows you to access the Whartons anywhere, anytime.  At any moment you can access high-quality videos featuring the fundamentals of the Wharton System - Whartons Flexibility Zone ® dynamic range of motion exercise and Whartons Strength Zone® muscular stability and balance. Other supplemental health materials - covering a variety of topics - are provided as well.  New material is added regularly.

HOW - HOW TO USE IT:
You can tailor the program to meet your individual needs,  performing full routines, specific Wharton Zones, or individual exercises. 

  • If your time is limited begin with one exercise most closely related to your condition, injury, sport or activity.
  • Flexibility exercises may be performed daily as a warm up before and/or recovery after training.
  • Strength exercises may be performed 2-3x weekly or you can alternate Wharton Zones according to your needs each day.
