- If your time is limited begin with one exercise most closely related to your condition, injury, sport or activity.
- Flexibility exercises may be performed daily as a warm up before and/or recovery after training.
- Strength exercises may be performed 2-3x weekly or you can alternate Wharton Zones according to your needs each day.
